Regalia International will guarantee the quality of materials and craftsmanship in the production of your garments.
You may return goods with in 30 days if faulty or the products is different to what you ordered. Where specific personalized items have been ordered i.e. - products containing rank, province, engraving or embroidery, you must ensure that the items ordered are correct and appropriate to your individual requirements.
We are unable to offer refunds on any items that have been specifically made and personalized to your instructions.
You must confirm any personal specifications before we commence production.
